| We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. All Products are returnable within 14 days of the original purchase date, for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee, plus the original shipping fee's if any.
Original receipts must accompany all returns (serial numbers must
match). VERY IMPORTANT!!!!: Products must be in original boxes with
original accessories, packaging, manuals, registration cards, and can not have been altered in anyway. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. |
